Flame-grilled, carved to order

Whole cuts marinated overnight in garlic, rosemary and cracked pepper, seared over open flame and rested before a chef carves each portion in front of your guests.

Served with hot flaky flatbread and a trio of sauces, it is the centrepiece our corporate and gala clients return for.
